More than likely the answer to that question is yes! At some point, we’ve all been in lousy situations (losing a job, a relationship ending, un-supportive family/friends, unfair boss, etc.) where we truly believe life sucks. So what do you do about it? Here’s a little blurb from an interesting article I came across recently that I challenge you to think about:
If you hold a certain belief, you’ll make choices to reinforce that belief, even if they’re damaging to you. Your ego’s job is to prove you right, regardless of the consequences.
